About

See clearly.
Lead courageously.
Move the mission forward.

The Resiliency Collective helps leaders and organizations step outside the day-to-day, see challenges and opportunities more clearly, and build the courage and capacity to move their mission forward.

We believe meaningful change starts with curiosity—looking beneath the presenting problem, asking good questions, recognizing what’s already working, and being willing to challenge assumptions about what isn’t.

Because resilience isn’t about ignoring hard things or simply pushing through them. It’s about learning from them—and using that insight to build stronger people, healthier teams, and more effective organizations.

Meet Jackie

Curious by nature. Wired to discern. Energized by moving people forward.

For almost 20 years, my work has lived at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and organizational change. I’m a licensed mental health clinician, clinical supervisor, and experienced nonprofit executive whose career has taken me from Chicagoland to Anchorage, Alaska, and now Worcester, Massachusetts—working in therapy rooms, schools, law enforcement agencies, community organizations, and executive teams along the way.

Across those very different spaces, I’ve found myself doing much of the same thing: listening closely, noticing patterns, discerning what matters most, and helping people find the energy and courage to move forward.

“Jackie brings a rare balance of strategic leadership and deep clinical understanding.”
Behavioral Health Executive & Former Colleague

I believe the presenting problem is rarely the whole problem.

Sometimes we need to slow down and get curious—not only about what’s getting in the way, but about what’s already working, what strengths we can build on, and what we might see differently if we change our perspective.

That combination of curiosity, discernment, and courage shapes how I work—and much of the approach behind The Resiliency Collective.

A little more about me

I believe relationships matter, laughter belongs at work, and some of the best conversations happen when we’re willing to stop pretending we have everything figured out.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family—traveling, camping, playing pickleball, skiing, or finding some other excuse to be outside. I care deeply about my community and am continually drawn to people and organizations working to make things a little better than they found them.

How we approach the work

See the person. See the potential. Move the mission forward.

Organizations are made up of people. And we believe people do their best work when they know their strengths, understand where they’re going, know their contribution matters, and are both supported and challenged to grow.

Our approach is to walk alongside people and organizations—meeting them where they are, recognizing the strengths they already bring, and being willing to name what may be getting in the way.

We bring curiosity before conclusions and questions before prescribed solutions. We believe the people closest to the work often hold critical wisdom about what needs to happen next. Lasting change comes from tapping into that wisdom, bringing the right people together, and having the brave conversations necessary to move forward.

Our role isn’t to have all the answers. It’s to walk alongside you as we make sense of what’s happening—and build the clarity, courage, and capacity to move forward.

Experience

Experience matters. So does how you use it.

The approach behind The Resiliency Collective is grounded in almost two decades of clinical, leadership, and organizational experience.

As founder, Jackie has worked alongside nonprofit executives, clinicians, educators, law enforcement leaders, frontline staff, and community organizations navigating the wonderfully complicated work of leading people.

Why the Resiliency Collective?

We’re more resilient when we don’t do the work alone.

The name The Resiliency Collective is intentional.

We believe resilience is strengthened in relationship—with people who challenge our thinking, remind us of our strengths, offer a different perspective, share what they’ve learned, and walk alongside us through the hard parts.

The same is true for organizations.

When you’re inside a system, it can be incredibly difficult to see the whole system clearly. Sometimes what helps most is another person in the room—someone to notice a pattern, ask the question others may not be asking, recognize a strength, challenge an assumption, and bring people together around what matters.

Not to take over the work—but to walk alongside you in it.

Because meaningful, lasting change rarely happens in isolation. It happens when people learn from one another, bring their strengths together, and move toward a shared mission.

That’s what The Resiliency Collective is here to offer: thoughtful partnership that helps leaders see clearly, lead courageously, and move their mission forward.
